We collect information you provide directly:
- Account data — email address, display name, and profile photo when you register.
- Content you create — product listings, prices, store locations, and shopping lists.
- Location data — approximate or precise location when you search or add a listing (only when you grant permission).
- Usage data — pages visited, features used, and actions taken in the app.
3. How we use your information
- To provide and improve the PickPin service
- To display your listings and shopping lists to other users
- To generate optimized shopping routes
- To send service-related emails (no marketing without consent)
- To detect and prevent fraud or abuse
4. Data sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We may share data with:
- Supabase — our backend and database provider (EU-based servers)
- Mapbox / OpenStreetMap — for map rendering and geocoding
- Law enforcement, if required by law
5. Data retention
We keep your account data as long as your account is active. You can request deletion at any time by emailing hello@pickpin.io. Deleted accounts are purged within 30 days.

The PickPin website uses only essential cookies for session management and language preference. No third-party advertising cookies are used.
